Pastor Leake answered God’s call to plant Harvest Baptist Church in January of 2017. Shortly after that, The Leake Family began the process of full-time deputation and quickly raised the needed financial support to move to Allen and begin the work. In September 2019, Pastor Leake moved his family to Allen and on November 10, 2019, Harvest Baptist Church held its first Sunday services. God has allowed Harvest Baptist Church to experience many exciting and sometimes challenging things, but it has truly been an amazing journey from our humble beginning to where we are growing to now.
Pastor Leake and his family have an unparalleled love for God and a desire to put God first in every area of life. He loves people and boldly yet lovingly preaches God’s Word without fear or favor. His greatest desire in this life is to be a true man of God.
Mrs. Leake grew up in a small town in N. Central Texas. She was saved in 2006 under the preaching of Bro. Sam Davison. She has been serving alongside her husband for the past 23 years. She has been a stay-at-home Mom to their 4 children since 2003 and gracefully wears many hats. Some of those hats include Mother, Teacher, Pastor's wife, singer, and encourager.
Mackenzie
Mackenzie is 23 and the oldest of her siblings. She asked Jesus to be her savior on a Saturday morning in 2008. She has a strong passion for music and uses the talents God has given her to minister to the saints. Some of her favorite things include playing piano for the church, photography, running her online beauty business, and spending time with her family and friends.

Hannah is 18 and is the 3rd born.
She has a smile that can light up any room.
The past few years have been tough for her because she has been very ill. She's been in and out of hospitals and has had multiple surgeries but through it all God's grace has been sufficient. It is truly evident that Jesus is the Lord of her life. God has blessed her with a beautiful voice. When she is well, she enjoys singing, piano, baking and most recently God has used her to write about her journey.
kassidee
Kassidee is 10 and the youngest of the family.
She came along much later than the others but was a pleasant surprise. Her cheery spirit and humorous personality are part of what makes her so special. Not only does she have a sweet spirit but she loves serving Jesus alongside her family. One of her favorite things is spending time outdoors among God's creation. She is learning the piano and loves to draw.
We know the Lord is going to use her in a mighty way.
